A few weeks ago we paid another visit to Swedish Lapland to broaden our horizon on this interesting region. We focused on the coastline just north and south of the biggest town in the area, Luleå. With more than 10 flights per day to/from the Swedish capital, Luleå makes a great destination in itself but can also be good starting point for farther exploring.

Just around the corner you find plenty of activities; the more traditional ones mentioned above but also others more unique such as dining on ice, hovercraft and reverse-steered Volvo cars. If you go a little farther we can offer you an outstanding design hotel with a rooftop spa, world class cuisine and why not try chartering your very own ice-breaker after a day of meetings!
